Mercari

Mercari is like the Japanese eBay or Mercadolibre. You can find a lot of second-handed costumes.
If you’re on a budget or you’re just getting into cosplay, check out Mercari.
They have a lot of cheap costumes like this Asuka cosplay for only 3,500 yen (33 USD) or this Shingeki No Kyojin cloak for only 1,279 yen (12 USD).

The downside is that the quality of the costumes that you can find here is not the best and there is not much variety.

My next cosplay will probably be of Ed from Fullmetal Alchemist or Levi from Shingeki No Kyojin.
